Account Coordinator - Perth, Western Australia

    

Apollo Energy is a wholesale division of Energy Matters, one of Australia’s leading national solar supply and install business. The award winning business was founded in 2005 with a staff of 80 and warehouses across the country.

    

Apollo Energy supplies a range of renewable energy components, of well-respected global brands such as REC, Sanyo, Sharp, SMA, Aurora and our proprietary product, SunLock for both on and off grid systems throughout Australia and the Asia Pacific.

   

The team has a terrific opportunity for a customer focused and energetic individual with a strong drive, tenacity and passion to become part of the national wholesale team. The role requires you to provide a superior customer experience and account coordination by supporting the Account Managers to service and deliver agreed wholesale sales including but not limited to:

   

  • Supporting the Apollo Energy team to enter sales orders, phone messages and other data into the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system on a timely, efficient and accurate manner;
  • Quality checking, amending and updating sales orders as required before processing payments;
  • Delivering a superior customer experience by responding to customers’ queries in the ERP system/emails/phone on a timely manner and forwarding the queries to the relevant Account Managers and if need be to other departments;
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Proactively following up with customers on orders, paperwork and other queries on a timely and accurate manner;
  • Managing and building a portfolio of smaller accounts;
  • Supporting team members with preparation of reports and proposals including spreadsheets, presentations and printing;
  • Supporting warehouse duties when required; and
  • Supporting other project tasks as required.

   

To be successful in the role, you hold a genuine passion for customer service, coupled with a professional phone manner and impeccable written/verbal communication skills. You also possess strong attention to detail, coupled with:

   

  •   Experience in customer service, account coordination and administration role(s);
  • A forklift ticket is a must;
  • Ability to communicate with clarity to customers;
  • Good prioritising and time management skills;
  • Able to work under pressure and capable of following direction and meeting deadlines;
  • Process driven and well-developed organisational and problem solving skills;
  • A strong desire to learn and succeed; and
  • Exemplary computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office and ERP systems; and
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (desirable).

Community Sales Consultants - Launceston, Brisbane

 

Our Retail Sales Department is where the action takes place! You have an opportunity to convert an opportunity in to sales by consulting with customers to then design and deliver solutions that are tailored to meet their needs over the phone, face to face and via community groups. Mining online opportunities (over 500 warm leads per month for the picking), completing inbound or outbound calls and conducting site inspections with a company van, company mobile phone and laptop provided, your primary focus will be providing a solar solution to customers!
