Solar Consultant - Perth

    

Our Retail sales department is where the action takes place! It's your job to turn an opportunity into a customer by consulting with customers to then design and deliver solutions that are tailored to meet their needs. Mining online opportunities (over 500 warm leads per month for the picking), completing inbound or outbound calls and conducting site inspections, your primary focus will be selling the quality of our brands, overcoming objections and gaining the customer's business.

Solar Electrician - NSW & QLD

  

Availability: Immediate

  

Energy Matters is looking for a Solar Electrician to join our expert installation team to install residential and commercial photovoltaic grid connect systems along with SAPS.

 

The key responsibilities of this role include (but are not limited to):

 

  • Install solar power systems to high standard as per Australian regulations and EM Group quality assurance;
  • Drive a ‘Safety First’ culture onsite, ensuring OHS&E is front of mind at all times and policies and procedures are adhered to;
  • Adhere to EM Group policies and procedures to ensure that regulatory documents are filled in, signed off and returned to head office accurately and in a timely manner;
  • Work together with the Install Coordination team to ensure installations are fulfilled on time, per budget to provide a superior customer experience;
  • Conduct site inspections for more complicated installs and recommend solutions as per customers’ needs; and
  • Provide technical knowledge to customers and the wider EM Group team as appropriate.

  

To be successful in the role you will be:

  

  • Qualified Electrician;
  • CEC accredited and must have previous experience in a similar role within the residential and/or commercial space;
  • Current and valid driver’s license;
  • Able to work in unpredictable environment/weather and are able to adapt to a flexible working arrangement;
  • Willingness to travel within your local state and interstate as required (no weekends);
  • Highly organised with excellent time management;
  • A vibrant team player with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Holder of a registered Electrical Contracting license viewed favourably.
