How do I check if my system is working properly?

If you suspect your system is not working, please first try switching the system off and back on. (See above).

If switching the system off and on has not resolved your issue, please take a photo of the inverter screen (showing the error message and LED Lights) and the inverter product label showing the product serial number (should be found on the side of the inverter) and attach them to the form below along with any other information that might be useful.
