“From the time I sought a quote from Energy Matters through to selection and paying my deposit the process flowed flawlessly, communication with Energy Matters was excellent, they helped every step of the way including communication with and preparation of Ergon Energy documents for lodgement by me. The installation went without a hitch. That Friday morning when 3 vehicles and 5 people turned up at our place with a crate of 20 solar panels I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. I had expected a couple of installers spending all day getting the system in. But these guys didn’t muck around, just got straight down to business and had the system up and running in about 4 hours. A very professional installation using high quality components and they made sure I was happy with every bit of it before they left. The next day, good sunshine and 21kWh out of my new system, I couldn’t be happier. Quality and no pushy sales tactics
“I had my 3KW system installed yesterday and wanted to post about it while I’m still excited and before it just becomes that system on my roof that pays my electricity bills. My system is the standard 3KW system from Energy Matters. I.e. SB3000HF with 13 x REC 235W panels. The 3 specialists (subies from Earth Potential) that installed my system were outstandingly professionally (my impression anyway) and very approachable in terms of explaining what was happening. As for performance, yesterday was very overcast (in Adelaide) but the system managed to squeeze out 3.7 KWhs from time of installation at around 1530. I’ll find out tonight what today has been like (weather is rainy and v overcast again). I can report that my dealings with EM have been almost all excellent. Staff (I dealt with Haley and Christine) are very helpful and will go out of their way to answer questions without pushy sales tactics. Exceptional workmanship quality
“I would like to just say a big thank you to Energy Matters Member Team – Paul Harris in sales, Kevin Beh from installation coordination and Jason Phillips and his crew, from Phillips Solar Solutions our local installer, from Maffra, East Gippsland. I had done a lot of research and exploring various solar companies and websites, as there are so many panels and inverter brands on the market. During my research, I came across Energy Matters staff member, Paul Harris. I was so grateful, as he spent the time talking about their product. Not only did he know the product, but also knew the technical side of how the system works and what was best for my requirements and budget. He proved to me Energy Matters system had the best system on market for that price and budget. Paul answered numerous emails that I had sent, and questions, promptly while I was working overseas. He is most certainly an asset to your organization; well done Paul! As my time frame, to get this all completed, was limited, as I work overseas and only back in Australia for limited time. I advised him of this and with the help of Kevin Beh and himself. Was able, to arrange an installer, to meet our time frame. On the day organized by Energy Matters Install Coordinator, our local installer, Jason Phillips of Solar Solutions, Maffra, arrived to our property.
