Setting a high standard

Generating more electricity than consumed

I want to thank you and Energy Matters for the excellent solar power system and installation. It’s great generating more electric power than I use. I not only save money, but contribute to reducing green house gas. Your whole team, from Paul, Christine, and Bridgid, through to Cameron and Reece performed superbly throughout the process.

I would like to commend in particular, Cameron Sharriff, for his excellent installation skills, from the initial inspection through to final commissioning. Cameron’s knowledge and dedication to excellence assured that my new solar power system would be the best.

Quality and no pushy sales tactics

I had my 3KW system installed yesterday and wanted to post about it while I'm still excited and before it just becomes that system on my roof that pays my electricity bills. My system is the standard 3KW system from Energy Matters. I.e. SB3000HF with 13 x REC 235W panels.

The 3 specialists (subies from Earth Potential) that installed my system were outstandingly professionally (my impression anyway) and very approachable in terms of explaining what was happening.

As for performance, yesterday was very overcast (in Adelaide) but the system managed to squeeze out 3.7 KWhs from time of installation at around 1530. I'll find out tonight what today has been like (weather is rainy and v overcast again).

I can report that my dealings with EM have been almost all excellent. Staff (I dealt with Haley and Christine) are very helpful and will go out of their way to answer questions without pushy sales tactics. System price I think was pretty good too for quality components.

Please pass on to your management that the boys from Ulverston (GJ Electrical) did a top job. They left the worksite clean and were very helpful with questions asked. 10/10 to them.

What a treat to deal with a group who keep their commitments and who are so co-operative - and at a competitive price. I can't fault Energy Matters. Score ten out of ten. I hope I am asked by someone to recommend a solar company so that I can rave on.
