Exceptional workmanship quality

I would like to just say a big thank you to Energy Matters Member Team - Paul Harris in sales, Kevin Beh from installation coordination and Jason Phillips and his crew, from Phillips Solar Solutions our local installer, from Maffra, East Gippsland.

I had done a lot of research and exploring various solar companies and websites, as there are so many panels and inverter brands on the market.

During my research, I came across Energy Matters staff member, Paul Harris. I was so grateful, as he spent the time talking about their product. Not only did he know the product, but also knew the technical side of how the system works and what was best for my requirements and budget. He proved to me Energy Matters system had the best system on market for that price and budget.

Paul answered numerous emails that I had sent, and questions, promptly while I was working overseas. He is most certainly an asset to your organization; well done Paul!

As my time frame, to get this all completed, was limited, as I work overseas and only back in Australia for limited time. I advised him of thisand with the help of KevinBeh and himself. Was able, to arrange an installer, to meet our time frame.

On the day organized by Energy Matters Install Coordinator, our local installer, Jason Phillips of Solar Solutions, Maffra, arrived to our property.

During the installation, Jason was great in answering any questions I had and explained the operations of our newly installed system, easy for anyone to understand.

The quality of workmanship was exceptional; thanks Jason.

After the installation I could not believe how the panels blended in nicely. My wife and friends commented on how great the panels looked, that they were not an eyesore at all.

System supplies 100% of average daily power use

I shopped around widely before I decided to buy a solar system and you wouldn’t believe the rubbish some people told me just to get me to buy their system.

When I came across your firm I was surprised at how honest and open you were with your advice. I know you must have spent literally hours researching legislation, systems and specifications for my unique needs. I couldn’t believe you even went as far as calling Origin and waiting in one of their phone queues just to get some information for me. It was sooooo good dealing with an honest salesman!!!

I am a truly fussy bloke, but the guys you sent to install the system did an amazing job and I can’t find a single thing to complain about. The guys were polite, well-presented and worked to high standards. They always took their shoes off when they came in the house and they showed up when they said they would. They were proud of their work and even took the time to walk us around and show us the completed job. Best of all, there’s no unsightly conduit (other companies wanted to plaster conduit all over the house).

I am also really impressed with the quality of the product and the fact that you were able to instal it so quickly. You chose very well for us. The smaller panels with the black edging look magnificent and you barely notice them because of the low profile. It’s a huge relief to have a system that looks good after seeing so many “eyesore” solar systems in our neighbourhood. If it wasn’t for the Bluetooth Sunny Beam on my home work desk (which my kids love checking to see how much we are saving) I would have forgotten I even have the system because I never notice it when I drive in.

Did I mention that the system generates exactly as much power as you said it would and now covers 100% of our average daily power use. No more power bills.

First class materials and installers

I am happy to say that the really important customer experience items were managed extremely well. It started with very good responses to questions, continued through the journey to arranging delivery and ended on first class installation management. Energy Matters told us that installers would be on site at 8 am and they were here at 7:55. Job finished inside 4 hours by very professional and experienced team. First class materials and first class installers.

Thanks for your help to setup my solar power system quite soon. The solar power system has been installed quickly at my place and been making electricity since this morning. The installer (Nidal Qumsieh) is quite professional, informative, responsible and nice. I am very happy with the service. Highly recommended installers

The installers (Corey and Adrian) in Adelaide were just excellent. Despite the weather, they have done an excellent installation and would highly recommend them.
