Shipping & Returns

 

Shipping:

 

  • Products are shipped within Australia and internationally by best means available.
  • In the majority of cases Energy Matter's uses Toll Ipec.
  • Please note for shipping purposes, batteries are classed as hazardous goods and must be sent using hazardous chemical couriers. These couriers do not deliver as frequently as regular couriers, so please allow about 1 week for battery deliveries.
  • To determine the cost of shipping to your area, please 1. add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, 2. enter your post code, and 3. click update to display the shipping cost to your location.
  • For shipping outside Australia, please contact us prior to placing your order. Overseas orders can only be paid by direct deposit or wire transfer into our bank account. Insurance of item(s) is offered as an optional extra during the Energy Matters order and payment (checkout) process.

Warranties and Returns:

 

  • All products carry full manufacturer's warranties, and in any situation where the products fail to perform as specified, you are entitled to an exchange upon return.
  • We also offer a seven-day money back guarantee on all purchases, except battery purchases.
  • If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return it within seven (7) days for a full refund (less shipping).
  • Goods must be returned at the customer's expense, in unmarked, original condition and packing, complete with all documentation, accessories etc.
  • All returns and warranty repairs must be accompanied by your Sales Receipt.
  • Please contact us for Return Authorisation prior to returning any product.
