Australia’s two biggest renewable energy conferences, the Clean Energy Conference and ATRAA are being held over one week and under one roof and this year; and the general public are invited to attend.

Clean Energy Week 2011 will be held at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre from 2 – 6 May and both Energy Matters and its wholesale sister company, Apollo Energy will have a stand at the event.

Located in the “Solar World” section on the left of the exhibition hall, Energy Matters will be showcasing its Medium Scale Solar Projects Department, with information on its recent commercial installations.

Apollo Energy will display its exciting new range of solar components including REC solar panels, Sanyo solar modules, SMA inverters and SunLock mounting systems; Apollo Energy’s own brand, designed by installation professionals for installers and also manufactured in Australia.

Clean Energy Week will bring together over 1500 delegates from across the country and around the world to hear the latest on clean energy policy, project financing, development of clean energy technologies and the challenges each face.

While the conference is generally open only to pre-registered members operating within the industry, the Clean Energy Council has this year invited the public to attend for free on Friday and Saturday; to see first-hand and learn about the technologies at the cutting-edge of Australia’s clean energy revolution.

Visitors will be able to participate in public discussions on solar panels dos and don’ts, energy efficiency, learn more about wind power as well as engage with industry experts on the critical issues leading the clean energy debate.

While visiting the event, be sure to drop by Energy Matters’ stand and chat to the friendly team about solar power options for your home or business.
