SMA Sunny 1-phase Backup System 5000Watt 35Amp
The Sunny Backup-System allows solar array owners to use their existing PV system for the supply of electricity in case of grid failures. The Sunny Backup automatically switches to island supply within approximately 20 milliseconds in case of a grid failure.
New and existing solar power systems can be equipped with the Sunny Backup without affecting system efficiency. SMA offers the Sunny Backup-System as a pre-configured unit suitable for all power ranges from 5 kW up to approximately 100 kW – it's easy to install and easy to expand on later.
