German company Stiebel Eltron has more than 80 years of experience developing energy-saving products and over 35 years of history in heat pump technology.

Stiebel Eltron Heat Pump

Stiebel Eltron began operations in 1924; with a simple immersion heater. By 1927, it had already grown to 30 staff and introduced an instant hot water system.

The company was one of the first to launch heat pumps commercially in 1974 and quickly became the market leader in Germany.

Stiebel Eltron distributes to 120 countries and has one of the largest hot water heat pump manufacturing facilities in Europe.

Stiebel Eltron Australia has been operating within Australia for more than 17 years; based in Melbourne with offices or distributors in Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and Hobart.

Stiebel Eltron's award-winning heat pumps work through utilising ambient air temperature and converting this to usable energy to heat water - like a refrigerator in reverse. Designed and built in Germany, the heat pumps we feature are constructed specifically for the Australian market and Australian conditions.

Stiebel's design was recognized locally as the winner of the Master Plumbers' Association Queensland Environmental Product of the Year 2010 and the Master Plumbers' & Gasfitters Association Western Australia Energy Saving Product of the Year 2009.

The units have a 5 year warranty for the cylinder and condenser, 2 years for the sealed refrigeration system and 1 year for all other electrical componentry.

Save significantly on your energy bills and enjoy the luxury of reliable hot water while also protecting the environment!
