The Everything Electric Sydney 2026 Electrification Pavilion Prize Draw is conducted and operated by Energy Matters (“the Promoter”).

By entering the Prize Draw, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
The Prize Draw opens at 10:00 am AEST on Friday, 18 September 2026.
Entries close at 5:00 pm AEST on Sunday, 20 September 2026.
Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
Employees, contractors, exhibitors within the Energy Matters electrification Pavilion and their employees, and representatives of Energy Matters who are directly involved in conducting the Prize Draw are not eligible to enter.
Energy Matters reserves the right to verify an entrant’s age, identity, and Australian residency before awarding a prize.
To enter the Prize Draw, an eligible entrant must:
There is no purchase required to enter.
Incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid entries may be excluded at Energy Matters’ discretion.
To qualify for the Prize Draw, entrants must correctly answer all eight questions.
Entries containing one or more incorrect answers will not be included in the random draw.
All entries containing eight correct answers and satisfying these Terms and Conditions will form the pool of eligible entries.
Energy Matters’ determination of the correct answers is final.
The Prize Draw will take place on Friday, 25 September 2026.
Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
Each prize will be drawn separately from the eligible entry pool.
Unless otherwise determined by Energy Matters, an entrant may only win one prize. There are a total of 21 prizes to be won, including the major prize.
The draw will be conducted by Energy Matters in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The result of the draw is final, subject to any rights available under applicable Australian law.
The total prize pool is valued at approximately $5,487.00 RRP and comprises:
Prize values are correct at the time these Terms and Conditions are prepared.
Energy Matters accepts no responsibility for any variation in a prize’s value after that date.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Energy Matters’ reasonable control, Energy Matters may substitute an equivalent prize where permitted by law.
Winners will be contacted using the contact details supplied with their entry.
Entrants are responsible for ensuring their contact details are complete and correct.
Where required by applicable competition laws, winner details will also be published at energymatters.com.au/everything-electric/prize-draw.
Energy Matters may request proof of identity, age, and Australian residency before releasing a prize.
Prizes will be mailed to winners where practical.
Where applicable and available, winners may arrange to collect their prize from a nominated location.
Energy Matters will advise each winner about the available delivery or collection arrangements.
Energy Matters is not responsible for prizes lost or delayed because a winner supplied incorrect or incomplete contact or delivery information.
Winners must claim their prize within the timeframe specified by Energy Matters when they are notified.
If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, or does not claim their prize within the specified period, Energy Matters may conduct an unclaimed prize draw.
Any unclaimed prize draw will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
Energy Matters will collect personal information provided by entrants to administer the Prize Draw, determine and contact winners, distribute prizes, and undertake marketing activities.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws and Energy Matters’ Privacy Policy.
By entering the Prize Draw, entrants acknowledge and agree that their contact details may be shared with participating exhibitors within the Everything Electric Sydney 2026 Electrification Pavilion.
Participating exhibitors may use those details to contact entrants about their products, services, promotions, or related information.
Entrants also agree to receive marketing communications from Energy Matters.
Entrants can unsubscribe from Energy Matters marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link within an email or contacting info@energymatters.com.au.
Participating exhibitors are responsible for their own handling of personal information and marketing communications after receiving entrant details.
By entering, entrants expressly consent to:
Entrants may withdraw their consent to receive future marketing communications in accordance with applicable Australian law.
Withdrawing marketing consent after entering will not invalidate an otherwise eligible Prize Draw entry.
Energy Matters reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry.
Energy Matters may disqualify an entrant who tampers with the entry process, provides false information, submits fraudulent entries, or breaches these Terms and Conditions.
If the Prize Draw cannot proceed as planned because of circumstances beyond Energy Matters’ reasonable control, Energy Matters may modify, suspend, postpone, or cancel the promotion where permitted by law.
Energy Matters is not responsible for technical failures, interrupted internet connections, lost submissions, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control that prevent an entry from being received.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian consumer law.
Energy Matters’ decisions concerning eligibility, correct answers, the conduct of the draw, and allocation of prizes are final, subject to applicable law.
No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the Prize Draw, except where required by law.
