Energy Matters Gift Card
If you’ve received an Energy Matters gift card as part of one our offers or Illuminate-A-Mate referral program, congratulations! Here’s what you need to know for using it on EFTPOS:
- Our EFTPOS gift card program is administered by Rewards Come True.
- Your card must be activated by Rewards Come True before use. To activate your card, click here visit or call 1800 446 347 between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (AEST/AEDST).
- After activation, your card will then be ready to use within 1 business day.
- To make a purchase, simply swipe your card in the EFTPOS terminal, select SAVINGS and enter the PIN found on the reverse of the card when prompted.
- For purchases above the balance of your card, request to pay the difference first and then use your gift card to pay the remainder.
- You will have until the expiry date noted on the card to use the funds. After this date any remaining funds will expire and will be forfeited.
