The lower basement level of the home boasts a unique feature: a window into the pool that’s sure to impress guests. The home was designed and constructed by Lowe Design & Build, with Matt Lowe explaining that the property’s unique blend of modern and art deco design is likely to make it a landmark in the area.

Cait shared that the home is equipped with a large solar system and battery storage, which has greatly reduced their electricity bills by allowing them to shift their power usage to daytime hours when the sun is shining. This is especially important given that the family has three young children and their electricity demands are likely to increase as the kids get older.
