Australia All-Energy Conference 2017.

A unique series of clean energy masterclasses will be staged in Melbourne as part of the All-Energy Australia Exhibition and Conference from 11-12 October 2017.

The Clean Energy Council (CEC) is once again partnering with All-Energy Australia to deliver this important event. One of Australia’s most impressive clean and renewable energy exhibitions, it includes the 2017 Solar Design and Installation Awards.

During the conference, All-Energy Australia will showcase:

  • International industry experts.
  • More than 120 speakers.
  • More than 120 domestic and global exhibiting companies.

Six conference streams will encompass solar power, energy efficiency, wind energy, energy storage, bio energy and more.

These masterclasses are one of the most comprehensive professional development programs for solar installers in Australia. They are critical in helping solar enterprises keep up with fast changing technology.

Installers can accrue 15 Continuous Professional Development points per session while they learn new skills and network as part of the Solar Masterclass Series.

Solar workshops for everyone

However, learning about solar isn’t just for installers and energy companies, it’s important for everyone. Which is why Energy Matters created a range of video ‘workshops’ to explain solar in an understandable way.

Designed to help you make informed solar choices, the videos cover:

  • Solar panel basics.
  • Batteries, cabling and fuses.
  • Charging regulators and shunts.

Workshops range from a basic introduction to solar, to more technical matters. There’s something for everyone who’s interested in solar technology and the clean, affordable power it offers.

Encouraging women in the green energy sector

As part of its commitment to developing female leaders in Australia’s renewable energy industry, the CEC is staging a Women in Renewables lunch during the conference.

This is designed to recognise the large numbers of talented and innovative women who work in the Australian clean energy industry.

In addition, the lunch provides a valuable networking opportunity for women keen to develop their roles and expertise in the field.

Free conference tickets can be booked via the All-Energy Australia site.
