Before stepping into this pivotal role, Gus Paviani distinguished himself as the Country Manager for REC Australia and New Zealand. He commenced his tenure in June 2022, with his home base in Sydney. Gus brings to the table an impressive track record of over a decade in the industry. His history includes noteworthy stints at LG Electronics Australia and Solgen Energy Group. Notably, prior to joining REC, Gus Paviani served as the General Manager of LG Electronics’ solar and energy business. He held the reins for the company’s sales and operations spanning Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands.
In his new capacity, Gus Paviani assumes a pivotal role in fostering and nurturing customer relationships. This is an essential element in the pursuit of elevating REC’s market position and brand recognition within the expansive Asia Pacific region. As the regional leader, he shoulders the responsibility of spearheading REC’s business expansion throughout Asia Pacific. He will undertake this responsibility while maintaining his role as Country Manager for Australia and New Zealand.
