– Australian Electricity Generation Technology Costs – Reference Case 2010 has been released, estimating the costs of different electricity generation technologies to 2030. Read more.

– The Sydney Theatre Company switched on its 384kW Suntech solar system at the end of November. 1,906 Suntech Pluto panels make up one of the largest capacity rooftop solar arrays in Australia. Read more.

– An Australia Talks segment on ABC Radio focused on the controversial claims that solar incentives will force up power bills. A phone-in that followed the segment saw many solar system owners questioning the validity of negative reports and flagging issues such as the subsidization the coal industry receives.
