Teresa Romanovsky is the Founder and Director of Opportunities at Careers For Purpose. She began her recruitment career in London in 1999, working with one of the UK’s largest consultancies. In 2004, she moved to Sydney, continuing to build client portfolios and lead teams across various sectors, including ASX200 companies, SMEs, not-for-profits, social enterprises, and government agencies. In 2021, Teresa established Careers For Purpose to connect mission-driven employers with values-driven employees, aiming to address global challenges like climate change.
