Tim Sayce is the co-founder of Kai Konstruct, with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Starting as an apprentice with a high-end custom home building company, Tim gained extensive knowledge across all stages of construction, from surveying to landscaping. He later expanded into residential development, holding roles such as site supervisor, construction manager, and operational manager.
Driven by a passion for quality and a desire to stand out in the industry, Tim founded his own boutique home building company. He is known for his attention to detail and commitment to excellence, earning him the “Rising Star” award from Master Builders.
