If you suspect your system is not working, please first try switching the system off and back on. (See above).
If switching the system off and on has not resolved your issue, please take a photo of the inverter screen (showing the error message and LED Lights) and the inverter product label showing the product serial number (should be found on the side of the inverter) and attach them to the form below along with any other information that might be useful.

Please attach a photo of the inverter screen (showing the error message if present and LED Lights) and the inverter product label showing the product serial number (should be found on the side of the inverter)
If there is no error code on the inverter and the green light is on, please follow the steps below and attach photos of the E total figure, the Pin 1 and the Pin 2 screens.
Once we have these details we will be able to ascertain what the issue may be.

If there is no error code & the display screen isn’t blank on the inverter and the green light is on, please follow the steps below and attach a photo of the Log data screen (see below).
- Press the 3rd button below the display screen
- Scroll, using the two buttons on the left to get to LOG
- Select LOG by pressing the 4th button
Once we have these details, we will be able to ascertain the potential issue.

Please attach a photo of the inverter screen (showing the error message if present and LED Lights) and the inverter product label showing the product serial number (should be found on the side of the inverter).
If there is no error code, the display screen isn’t blank on the inverter and the green light is on, please submit two photos showing the system voltage of each string (see below).
