Solar cooker brings sunshine to Australian campers

A kickstarter campaign to help create a solar cooker that can be taken anywhere has achieved its funding goal and could be popping up around you soon.

Solsource Sport which has been unveiled by One Earth Design touts impressively to be able to cook in sun, wind or snow.

According to One Earth Design the newly created innovation is lightweight, weighing 4.5 kilograms.

Assembly of the cooking apparatus takes around 5 minutes with no fuel being required making it safer in helping to prevent fires.

Easy to set up solar cooker

Throughout the articles Kickstarters page explanation as to how the device works is explored, in brief all you need to do is point it towards the sun and wait for your food to be cooked.

It operates in windy environments as well as sunny as long as there is enough sunlight that you still cast a shadow.
