There is also a stamp duty exception on newly purchased ZEV in the territory, and they are allowed to be driven in transit lanes until 2023. 

The government also has plans for interest-free loans of up to $15,000 to purchase ZEVs. 

A new network of 50 public charging stations for ZEVs will be rolled out across Canberra over the next year to accommodate the transition.
