– The Clean Energy Council’s (CEC) Clean Energy Australia 2010 report states more rooftop solar power was installed in Australia between January and October this year than for the entire decade previous. Read more.

Greens NSW MP John Kaye says NSW’s finances, the environment and households will be severely impacted by what he called the Keneally government’s “reckless power privatisation”. Read more.

– The Queensland Government has announced that the ZeroGen “clean coal” project will not be going ahead at this point in time. Read more.

SolarReserve, a U.S. developer of utility-scale solar power projects, has received approval from the California Energy Commission (CEC) to build and operate of the Rice Solar Energy Project. Read more
