– According to global market forecaster, i SupplyCorp, 2011 is shaping up to be a bumper year for world growth in the solar market.
 
– A wave and solar powered vehicle, the Wave Glider, has recently been announced the winner of the Wall Street Journal’s 2010 Technology Innovation Award for Robotics.

– Minister for Climate Change and Energy Efficiency Greg Combet spoke out in defense of previous Environment Minister Peter Garret after receiving the Australian National Audit Office report into the controversial Green Loans program.
