Solis: New S6 inverter range

Solis showcased its latest high-efficiency inverters designed to boost energy yield for residential systems. These inverters come equipped with integrated monitoring and optimisation features. Among the exciting updates is an AC-coupled hybrid inverter specifically for battery storage.

Fronius: New EV charger on the way

Fronius announced a new and improved EV charger set to arrive in Australia. This upgraded charger will enhance the Wattpilot’s functionality and aesthetic appeal.

AIKO: All-new 475W residential panel

AIKO introduced its NEOSTAR 475W solar panel, the most efficient 54-cell residential panel in Australia. Utilising N-Type ABC cells, this panel offers superior energy output while occupying less than 2m² of roof space. The NEOSTAR panel is designed for durability and optimal performance in challenging conditions like partial shading. AIKO also unveiled their INFINITE series, promising efficiencies exceeding 25%. A recent microcrack test demonstrated the robustness of the ABC technology, outperforming a comparable TOPCon cell.

LONGi: The X6 Max

The newly announced LONGi Hi-MO X6 Max series incorporates advanced TaiRay and Hybrid Passivated Back Contact (HPBC) cell technology, achieving module efficiencies of up to 22.8%. These panels are designed to reduce energy loss from shading by eliminating visible front gridlines. Additionally, the use of M11 wafers optimises transportation and installation costs, offering significant benefits for large-scale solar projects.

Two days of industry insight and networking

If you attended All Energy this year, you’re likely still recovering, as we are! It was an enormous two-day event, and we enjoyed every moment. Highlights included Ross Garnaut’s insightful speech on Australia’s renewable economy and the GoodWe Awards. We also loved reconnecting with our partners, including Bluetti, Enphase, LAVO, Yingli Solar, Fronius, Sungrow, REC, SunPower, LONGi, and Solis.

We can’t wait to see what All Energy 2025 has in store!
