Senior Install Coordinator - Sydney
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 + super based on experience
Availability: Immediate
We are looking for an experienced project manager to become part of our vibrant team to manage the team of Install Coordinators to deliver solar system installations.
The key responsibilities of this role include (but are not limited to):
- Managing the delivery of solar system installs in NSW ensuring installs occur within timeframe and budget; and supported by the appropriate scheduling and ordering of supplies and services;
- Ensuring each install is fulfilled, billed and invoiced correctly in ERP;
- Ensuring accounts payable and cash collection is up to date including managing contractor payments on time and to budget;
- Analysing and reporting on installations against monthly budget/target to Branch Manager;
- Supervising staff and contractors ensuring effective and timely delivery of activity;
- Resolving problems concerning services and installations provided with affected customers, installers and/or team members;
To be successful in the role you will be:
- Experienced in project management is a must and within photovoltaic, solar hot water, air conditioning or a similar field is highly desirable;
- Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail;

We are looking for an Install Coordinator to become part of our vibrant team to assist coordinating solar system installations and accounts receivable.
The key responsibilities of this diverse role include (but are not limited to):
- Assist the install team with scheduling and coordinating solar systems installations;
- Collect, receipt and process customer payments against correlating invoice;
- Enter, update and maintain accurate information in ERP;
- Coordinate inventory order in ERP and ensure inventory availability for scheduled installs;
- Respond to inquiries concerning services provided;
- Resolve problems concerning services and installations provided with affected customers, installers and/or team members;
- Create and maintain accurate, organized, and complete files to include all documents required to sustain internal, state, and federal regulatory compliance;
- Collect and analyse data associated to installation progress to report on outcomes to management in a timely manner and on a regular basis.

We are seeking an experienced sales professional who can provide technical and economical solutions to domestic and commercial customers. This role requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to keep abreast of industry developments and opportunities at all times.
Reporting to the NSW Branch Manager, your key duties are to:
- Capitalise on sales opportunities in your sales territory;
- Conduct site inspections to confirm web-based quote and to convert the sales opportunity;
- Demonstrate technical selling skills and product knowledge to give influential presentations to customers;
- Employ sales strategies to sell consultatively and to provide recommendations to customers of the various products and services the Company has to offer;

Victorian Branch Manager - Melbourne
We are looking for a Branch Manager to lead, manage and build our Victorian operations.
Working with the Melbourne sales and projects team including a sales customer service centre, this is an exciting opportunity to become part of a vibrant, team oriented environment to grow the business in your target area.
The key accountabilities of the role include:
- Drive solar photovoltaic and hot water sales in your sales territory;
- Manage cash collection process;
- Oversee solar system installations including stock availability; warehouse fulfilment and timely delivery;
- Manage the sales budget;
- Prepare and deliver customer tender documents;
- Manage and develop customer relationships;

Salary: Circa $45,000 - $55,000 based on experience

We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Officer to identify procurement opportunities through professional, robust and disciplined procurement processes. You will also support the day to day purchasing requirements utilising an ERP system.
The key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Optimising price, quality, reliability and timelines through effective tendering, contractual and negotiation processes;
- Issue of purchase orders on time, track the orders, ensure timely delivery, arrange effective paperwork, create receipts and ascertain that quality standards are adhered;
- Timely and effective communication of stock delivery dates to all stakeholders;

Financial Controller - South Melbourne
In this role, you will join a vibrant and dynamic team and act as the key finance partner to the Managing Director. Supervising a small team, the purpose of this role is the overall management of the financial accounting function of the business. Reporting to the Tasmanian Branch Manager, your key duties are to:
- Install Solar Hot Water systems for residential and commercial customers without supervision.
- Coordinate and oversee sub-contractor plumbing works as required.
- Adhere to OH&S standards and work practices.
- Work throughout Tasmania and interstate to assist with company solar installations.
